In Red Wings airline the G Suite services are deployed

Softline deployed cloud services of G Suite in Red Wings airline. As a result the personnel of the customer received service for corporate interaction with access to mail, the messenger and file storage from any device from any place in the world.

The local mail service of airline ceased to answer the current business challenges therefore its management made the decision on transition to cloud services. IT department of Red Wings was faced by a task to provide personnel with access to corporate mail from any devices and at any time.

According to the results of testing of cloud services the company gave preference to G Suite (ex. Google Apps). The customer monthly payment, simplicity of a license policy, speed of migration of mail and reliability attracted a solution antispam. Presence of the free mobile client for mail, synchronizable calendars on all platforms, a corporate chat with a possibility of a video conferencing, the cloud storage of large volume became additional benefits of G Suite.

Transition to cloud services was painless for users. At personnel of Red Wings airline the same folder structure, mail and the history of correspondence remained. Setup of mobile clients (Gmail) and the web interface considerably facilitated accomplishment of routine tasks. Speed of corporate interaction increased. Departments integrated in groups of mailing and a receipt of letters, routing of business processes in the company changed.

Use of G Suite simplified the work and IT department of airline connected with support of a mail system. Besides, instruments of administration in G Suite allow not to attract third-party specialists. All issues can be resolved from the mobile phone or via the web interface.
