On April 11, 2017 the Ricoh company announced an implementation project of management tools the park of devices of a trademark of Ricoh of one type by request of Elektroshchit Group — TM Samara Ltd.

On maintenance of operation of the diverse equipment of printing installed in Elektroshchit Group — TM Samara Ltd company many forces of employees and financial resources left.

Project Progress

The working group implementing the project of optimization of printing helped to formulate the list of requirements under which technological solutions are picked up.

In the project progress criteria were considered:

• the cost of updating of all park of printing infrastructure taking into account optimization and recommendations about arrangement;
• complete pokopiyny service of the park of the equipment;
• complete payback of initial costs within four years from the moment of start of the project at the main enterprise;
• reliability, usability, simplicity of replacement of supplies, environmental friendliness.

"An electric board Samara" purchased a pool of devices of a trademark of Ricoh:

• MFP SP 3610SF and SP 4510SF,
• full-color MP C2011SP and MP C2503SP MFPs,
• digital monochrome MP 2554SP/4054SP MFPs
• full-color MP C306ZSP MFP.

The company purchased Streamline NX licensed software for document management at office and access restrictions by cards.

Project Results

We will not be satisfied with what has already been achieved especially as after installation the most interesting project phase – management of printing infrastructure begins. And in the next two years we should feel economic effect of cost reduction on maintenance of printing infrastructure for 30%. In 2017 we together with the Ricoh Rus command are going to expand the current project also on other production areas and offices.
