2021: Criminal cases against former top managers

In November 2021, it became known that the District Court of Moscow sentenced to one year and nine months in prison the former top manager of the "daughter" of the forex company Teletrade Alexander Kalashnikov. He was found guilty of causing damage in the amount of more than 100 million rubles. two and a half dozen victims. Moreover, Kalashnikov has already served almost the entire term in custody and house arrest during the investigation.

The case against Vladimir Chernobay, who died in 2019 in Germany, was terminated on non-rehabilitating grounds.

In early November 2021, his nephew Oleg Suvorov, who oversaw the financial block in the company, was detained in the Czech Republic. The issue of his extradition is being decided.

2018: License revocation

In December 2018, the Bank of Russia decided to cancel the license of the largest forex traders in Russia, including Alpari Forex, Teletrade Group and Forex Club. The grounds for the cancellation of the licenses of Forex Club, Teletrade Group, Alpari Forex and Milkom-Invest Financial Agency were repeated violations of the requirements of the Central Bank for maintaining internal accounting, the provision by the trader of inaccurate reports and violation of the requirements for the ratio of the amount of security. Traders are ordered to stop operating on the securities market and return property to customers by January 27, 2019.
