Association of developers and producers of the equipment of TV and radio broadcasting ARPAT

ARPAT include the Russian developers and producers of the transmit equipment for digital television and broadcasting conducting research institutes, among which MNITI Ltd, Federal State Unitary Enterprise NIIR, JSC Mart, Plant of Kozitsky Ltd, JSC ONIIP, JSC NPK NIIDAR, JSC Scientific Research Institute of Television, GS Group. ARPAT became the platform on interaction of market participants with each other, the foreign companies and also profile state departments. Work is conducted in several directions: ARPAT coordinates activity of the enterprises, protects their rights and interests, participates in development of normative legal documents and uniform requirements to element base, promotes development of the hi-tech sector of economy. Jointly participants of Association build base — technology and production — for transfer of digital land broadcasting in Russia to the HDTV standard (HDTV) by 2021.

The association of developers and producers of the equipment of TV and radio broadcasting is created in 2008 with assistance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Actions of Association are directed to expansion of scales of industrial production of the telebroadcasting equipment and domestic component base, creation of new production capacities and additional jobs, including in the scientific and technical sphere, development of the legislation and regulatory base in the field of technical regulation, development and production of the equipment of digital TV and radio broadcasting.
