Ivan Kim graduated from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University. In 2011 received MBA degree in Higher School of Economics in the field of political and business communications. PR the agencies worked in Russian and international.

In telecom industry began to work in 2003 in JSC Southern Telecommunication Company, and then in 2007 it was invited in PJSC Rostelecom where within 7 years took different positions in the management: advisor to director general, press secretary, director of the department of information support. Ivan Kim has experience in the field of telecommunications. For many years it worked in Rostelecom company, implementing large-scale campaigns for promotion of Electronic government, regional informatization, rebranding of Rostelecom, information support of the WEB ELECTIONS of 2012 project and many other things.

In May, 2014 founded "The agency political and business of communications", specializing in implementation of complex projects in the field of GR and PR.

In 2016 began work in JSC Transtelecom Company at a position of the adviser to the President. On June 29, 2017 the Transtelecom company announced Ivan Kim's appointment to a position of the head of public relations and to communications. PR and advertizing communications of the company, promotion of products and services of Transtelecom, interaction from media falls within its scope of responsibility.
