Rosvodokanal of Civil Code (Microsoft SharePoint 2010)

Within project implementation the open competition according to the results of which the Conteq company became the partner of Rosvodokanal was held. The Conteq company is a golden Microsoft partner with competence of implementation of a corporate portal. Together with the system integrator the implementation technique, based on the preliminary data revealed at a preproject research was selected.

Purposes and tasks projects

The purposes were formulated proceeding from the following message - the common information space allowing is required:

• to timely publish and inform all employees of news of the company, regulating documents on work of the operator, etc.;
• create the uniform centralized storage of documents;
• create uniform base of all staff of operator with their contact information.

Solution The Conteq company suggested to implement the project on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform, having used the boxed solution Conteq Intranet Portal thanks to what start of the portal was performed in most short time – in only one month. Creation of the portal allowed to solve several key problems - to create a common information space, to integrate and structure information resources of the company, to optimize communicating processes between employees at the Moscow office, and in the long term - and in regions. Besides, internal processes on creation of requests and the reference documentation were simplified and also many non-financial processes are automated.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the company management of Rosvodokanal noted the following:

• increase in employee performance due to simplification of access to separate sources of information
• ensuring joint work over documents with opportunities of flexible access isolation, support of version control, a categorization, search;
• creation of a single platform for further development of IT services and business process automation of the company.
