Due to business development of the different directions and also for the purpose of increase in controllability by the companies the decision on creation of a single corporate system of management was made.
Within the project the uniform base of clients, partners, employees and projects was created, process of problem definition and control and executions is automated, the functionality for maintaining projects is configured. For each activity individual configurations were configured.
The pilot project on system implementation was implemented in three months. In a system more than 200 users, including 40 heads of divisions work. Further development of specific functionality for each activity is planned.
Now works on adaptation of the CRM system for travel company, online store and advertizing group are conducted. System implementation in these three companies was transformed to independent projects with separate tasks.
