Tornado Modular Systems, Siblitmash and Komintern agreed about cooperation

• The casting machine under pressure of A711H10 model with effort of locking of 4000 kN of production of PJSC Siblitmash
• The machine is intended for receiving castings from color alloys on the basis of aluminum, copper and zinc in foundry workshops in the conditions of mass and serial production

The Tornado Modular Systems company, the Novosibirsk producer of means and systems of industrial automation, at the beginning of July, 2017 signed the framework agreement on cooperation with the Siblitmash plant and scientific research institute of measuring devices — "Novosibirsk Plant of a Name of Komintern" (NPO NIIIP-NZIK) on a complete set of machines of casting under pressure of production of Siblitmash and to maintaining a joint marketing activity.

The triple agreement provides import substitution on complex component parts for the casting under pressure (CUP) from Siblitmash regarding industrial robots (Komintern) and management systems (Tornado Modular Systems) which will cover all production cycle of LPD, including control of industrial robots. Complexes are intended for production by method of exact casting of castings (procurements and exact parts) irregular shape weighing from 1 to 70 kg. from foundry non-ferrous metals and alloys.

According to the CEO of Tornado Modular Systems Oleg Serdyukov, the management system is intended for management and control of mechanisms of a complex and okolomashinny mechanization which are a part of the LPD complex on the set cycle provides automatic programmable and controlled maintenance in the course of work of the set process parameters. On the architecture the management system of Tornado applied in this project is based on the principles of "the industrial Internet" and is similar to those systems which are developed by the company for the energy-generating companies.

Besides, involvement of the company to upgrade of the equipment for automation of technology processes which is already supplied to consumers and also to development and delivery of SAU for the molding machines created by Siblitmash is planned. Within the agreement the pilot project on equipment of molding machines is implemented by samples of industrial robots of production NIIIP-NZIK (Komintern).

As noted, Tornado Modular Systems, Siblitmash and NIIIP-NZIK expect increase in a goods turnover between the parties, expansions of sales market of products, formation of consumer loyalty to products due to positive synergy effect from cooperation. The upgraded complexes for casting under pressure are intended, first of all, for the large Russian enterprises of a machine-building complex.

Cooperation of Tornado Modular Systems and Siblitmash began in 2013 when the company in 4 months developed a management system within the state order which is available for the plant on upgrade of complexes for casting under pressure.
