Pro-04 - the navigation receiving module.
On July 6, 2017 the Ruselectronics company announced the beginning of serial production of the navigation receiving module "Pro-04" executed on CMOS technology of 55 nanometers.
The device accepts and processes signals of all operating navigation systems – the Russian GLONASS, the American GPS and the European Galileo "Ruselectronics"[1].
Dimensions: 14.3х13.7х2.6 mm.
The module is developed by the Moscow enterprise of holding - scientific research institute of the microelectronic Progress equipment, in cooperation with DTs "Geostar Navigation".
The module consists of the chip of a radio-receiving path for the frequency of L1 and the chip of digital signal processing. The digital chip includes the multichannel correlator, machines of quick search of a signal, main core, memory, interfaces and is "the system on a crystal" (SNK). Chips are integrated about a flash by memory in one standard BGA body and are "the system in the body" (SVK) with sizes of 8х8 mm.
The PRO-4 device is developed on the basis of the navigation module of the previous generation "GeoS-3/3M", but equipped by more modern the Cortex-M3 processor and has the memory increased twice – from 4 MB to 8 MB. Besides, in the module the latest elements allowing to increase receiver sensitivity are used (from 161 dBW to 163 dBW in the tracking mode) at decrease in its energy consumption (from 110 MW to 70 MW in the tracking mode).
The module supports the RTK mode (Real Time Kinematic), providing the centimetric accuracy of navigation using differential phase amendments.
Public representation of the device is planned for July 18-23, 2017.
