Fogsoft started ETP for Talan

At the beginning of July, 2017 the Talan company announced start of own electronic marketplace (EM) тендеры.талан.рф. The system intended for tendering process and other procurement procedures of the company and its branches was developed by Fogsoft on the iTender platform.

In 2017 Talan headed for a didzhitalization, and the electronic marketplace became one of the first automated tools of the company.

According to the project manager of Fogsoft Nikolay Malyshkov, the electronic marketplace was configured according to regulations of tendering process of Talan company based on the ready iTender-Zakupki system. This solution easily adapts under the client's business challenges thanks to what development and deployment of electronic marketplace for Talan company only one and a half months lasted.

The company expects that the electronic marketplace will expand geography of partners and optimizes process of purchases. Thanks to transfer of procurement procedures to an electronic form, first of all, labor costs of employees will be reduced, consider in Talan.

"Earlier at us all tenders were held in a paper form, and we spent a lot of time for the notification of partners, sending receiving documentation, prequalification (PKO) and the other accompanying actions" — the lead engineer according to tenders of Talan Larisa Korostina told, having added that the ETP will simplify work on the organization, carrying out and the choice of suppliers and contractors, collecting of competitive offers and will make process of tendering process more transparent.

Besides, suppliers and contractors from different regions of the country will be able to participate in tenders on equal terms and with the minimum labor costs now. Providing documentation electronically will accelerate process of participation in biddings and minimizes expenses of suppliers. Once having registered on the platform and having subscribed for notifications on the interesting commodity groups (in a system there is the qualifier of goods, works and services), the supplier or the contractor will always be aware of the current requests of Talan. At the same time the platform completely works also from mobile devices, emphasized in Fogsoft.

On Talan ETP such procedures as prequalification selection (PKO), request for quotations, request for proposals and rebidding are available.

"After prequalification selection, as a rule, there are 6-7 companies which remain further for participation in the tender, and further we define 2-3 leaders with whom we perform optimization at cost and conditions" — explained in Talan.

Ensuring participation and payment for participation in tenders for ETP in Talan are not levied, considering that holding a procedure of preliminary qualification and work with the checked partners — an optimal method of selection of qualitatively working suppliers.

In plans of Talan company — integration of electronic platform with other systems of the company, development of mobile application and holding online polls about system operation with users of ETP.
