Tomsk electronic company of Scientific Production Enterprise

NPP Tomsk Electronic Company completed the first stage of system implementation of enterprise management based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. As the partner in implementation the Utilex IT company (file) was attracted. The Tomsk Electronic Company scientific and production enterprise is engaged in development and delivery of the intelligent electrotechnical equipment, devices of control, regulation and management, program technical means of automation, complete production lines and robotic complexes.

Within the first stage processes of accounting and material resource planning for new product development, batch production and project activity are automated. Implementation of the ERP system allowed to increase efficiency of resource planning and also to optimize calculation of needs for semi-finished products on the basis of orders for products.

In a system the mechanism of drawing up reports using which control of activity of divisions of the company is exercised is implemented, namely automatic formation of magazines of a complete set under production orders, formation of supplier payments on the basis of accounts, calculation of planned calculations is configured.

The implemented ERP system is integrated with the electronic document management systems used in the company and partially with the system of accounting. As reported, a new system allowed to optimize the business processes existing at the enterprise. Further the company is going to continue control automation by projects in the ERP system.
