1C-Rarus completed a system implementation project "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of corporate finances", begun in 2009.

The guide of the Customer received the modern tool for maintaining financial statements under RAS and IFRS. During the project 10 jobs are automated, data transfer is executed of 11 separate information bases with synchronization of the main reference books, personnel training is provided.

One of priority tasks of management of the company is creation of a highly effective system of integrated management of the real estate and control of work central and remote offices of the company on the basis of a modern information system.

The main requirements when choosing the accounting system

• Accounting on several legal entities in a remote information base, with a possibility of transfer and data loading in the central information base.
• Formation and consolidation of the reporting under IFRS.

Results

Accounting according to IFRS is automated:

• Automatic broadcast of postings from accounting, the internal chart of accounts of IFRS, the table of a mepping.
• New algorithms of closing of the period are created.

Conducting regulated accounting (tax and accounting):

• Accounting on several legal entities.
• Fixed asset accounting.
• Standardization of reference books on all enterprises.
• Operations on tax accounting.

Budgeting:

• Obtaining complete and actual data by budget items and divisions.
• Creation of the specialized reporting for the head company.

During implementation data transfer was executed of 11 separate information bases with synchronization of the main reference books, training and consultations of personnel on use of the program at examples of the processes operating business in the company of the Customer is provided.
