The Maksipost company in July, 2017 stated that it supplied each of the two hundred couriers with new ATOL-11F cash registers according to new requirements of FZ-54. The courier punches the check at the time of the redemption of sending by the customer, at the same time all information on perfect sale is automatically transferred to OFD, and then to tax authority.
If earlier the total amount of purchase, then was specified in the check, according to the legislation now, each of the redeemed goods should be displayed in the check separately. For observance of this requirement of "Maksipost" integrated each of the purchased cash registers with the mobile platform and mobile application of VeeRoute. Now any courier of the company at the time of a design of purchase selects from the application and specifies in the check the necessary goods instead of printing it manually.
Printing of checks provides ibox service with which "Maksipost" cooperates since May, 2015 for acceptance for payment of bank cards. Since July 1, 2017 "Maksipost" uses ibox also for printing of the check and at cash payment, and if you pay with the bank card, told in the company.
Mobile application of VeeRoute completely supports workflow of the courier and allows to arrive to delivery location along an optimal route. It helps to add the new orders arising during the day, informs clients on arrival time of couriers. All necessary information is loaded from the Maksipost server.
According to Alexey Prygin, the deputy CEO Maksipost, "certainly, this "pereobuvka" demanded additional investments, but calculations show that investments should pay off. Besides that new the complex provides to the cash register equipment for 100% respect for cash discipline, it optimizes delivery process in general, does it to more transparent at the expense of what cost value decreases".
Online cash desks and mobile application were tested in Moscow. Since the end of June they were received in use and the staff of all regional branches "Maksipost" began to apply in work.
