In Command center networks Rostelecom Volga is used by Qligent Vision for monitoring of IPTV

The Tekom company implemented in the summer of 2017 the project on system implementation of monitoring of Qligent Vision for Macroregional branch "Volga" of PJSC Rostelecom in Nizhny Novgorod.

The Qligent system unrolled in Command center by networks of Rostelecom allows to perform service quality monitoring Interactive television on the basis of statistics of subscriber devices, controlling quality of service on reference nodes of regional networks of distribution and carrying out comparison with the data of analyzers of signal quality of IPTV set on trunk channels on an input in regional networks of Macroregional branch "Volga" of PJSC Rostelecom.

In implementation process of the project the monitoring system of Qligent Vision was integrated with the existing customer's IT systems (analyzers of quality Bridge Tech, components of the platform of provision of services SmartTUBE SDP, the system of billing) for the purpose of increase in level of localization of problems and optimization of speed of reaction to failures.

System implementation of Qligent allows to receive summary reports on quality of IPTV service as with the different detail level (aggregation/access switches, regional network), and for different technologies of connection (FTTB, GPON, xDSL) and types of the provided services (Multicast/Unicast) and also to carry out preventive monitoring of quality of the provided service on the party of subscribers to the address to technical support services.

The opened at the beginning of June, 2017 in Nizhny Novgorod, Interregional Command center communication networks and monitoring of information systems performs functions of monitoring and management of all levels and types of access networks (local/intercity communication, backbone networks, data networks), controlling in total more than 1.5 Tbit / with IP of traffic. Opening of the integrated Center in Nizhny Novgorod has as well important social value: additional jobs for specialists of the different directions of IT sphere will be created. Total number of the center will be nearly 500 people.
