4 banks became new partners of PTs "KartStandart"

The Slavic Credit bank, Territorial Bank, Assotsiation bank and Credit Express bank transferred at the beginning of 2017 service of cards of international payment systems of Visa and Mastercard to a processing center KartStandart under sponsorship of RNKO "Payment Center".

The total volume of issue of new partner banks is more than 33 thousand cards today. The total issue portfolio which is on service of PTs "KartStandart" contains more than 45 million cards.

Projects of migration at a power of a processing center started at the beginning of June, 2017. They were implemented in a combination to change of bank sponsor with RNKO "Payment Center" which is a risk-free participant of financial market. Within projects all four banks became participants of PS "World", also under sponsorship of RNKO "Payment Center". All works on technology migration were performed in the shortest possible time, in view of the order of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation about the obligatory entry of banks of the Russian Federation into Mir payment system till July 01, 2017.

On June 8, 2017 migration of the Visa and MasterCard cards of Slavic Credit bank at a power of PTs "KartStandart" took place. Slavic Credit — the Moscow bank, small by the amount of assets, with universal model of business. The leading activities are service and crediting of corporate clients, and attraction of financial resources of the population in deposits. In card business of bank priority activity is trade acquiring therefore commands of PTs "KartStandart" and bank within the project needed to implement not only migration of cards, but also to switch terminals to capacities of new processing. As a result the project team managed to perform seamless switching of terminals of bank that allowed to exclude even the minimum idle time of terminal network.

On June 15 the project of migration of a card portfolio of Zemsky bank in Visa International payment system came to the end. Territorial bank conducts the activity in the Samara region and specializes in service and crediting of corporate clients and also attraction of financial resources of the population in deposits. Migration was executed with the minimum technology pause and with hardly any trouble at all for holders of cards.

And, at last, at once two migrations took place on June 28: the Assotsiation bank and Credit Express bank migrated on PTs "KartStandart" in MasterCard payment system. CB Association — one of the largest banks in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, specializes in crediting and settlement and cash services of the local enterprises and organizations and also on attraction of financial resources in deposits. The Credit Express bank has a registration in the Rostov region, however the network of sales is provided also in the territory of Moscow, the Moscow region and Irkutsk of which almost all volume of the raised client funds is the share. In these projects seamless migration of devices of banks at a power of a new processing center was also performed and, besides, the issue of cards on service on MasterCard SecureCode technology allowing to use mechanisms of two-factor authentication 3-D Secure in payment process of purchases on the Internet is certified.
