On July 18, 2017 the companies "My diagram" also VisionLabs provided service for a time recording based on a sensing technology of persons in which Luna the product SDK in real time identifying and verifying persons is implemented. Service allows to automate a gating system and to obtain analytical data on the number of the hours worked employees, delay and time when the employee left the workplace.

"Service is simple for implementation and use and does not require any specialized equipment — software works on the simplest tablets and mobile phones on the platform Android which are installed in any convenient location. Devices are connected to a cloud service on network Wi-Fi or GSM. Service allows to identify employees and to keep account of their working time — to the person for this purpose enough to look in the camera. Time for processing of one request through networks of mobile operators is 2-3 seconds, on Wi-Fi — less than one second" — the CEO of VisionLabs company told Alexander Khanin.

The main idea of service — to make the automated time recording available to small business. According to Article 91 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation the employer is obliged to keep a time recording of employees, but integration of the expensive systems is not always profitable to small business.

"I consider the market, business users are ready to implementation of high-tech solutions including based on neuronets and computer vision. Now our task it is correct "pack" these technologies into such products which will simplify business processes, save resources and create new, unavailable earlier, opportunities. Also for us it is important to make these technologies available not only to large business, and, first of all, medium and small business" — the CEO of My Diagram company Andrey Kovtun told.

Payment of service is performed on a subscription. Cost is 1390 rubles for the first 50 employees in a month, the company pays extra 20 rubles a month for a time recording of each additional employee. According to developers, service is optimal for the companies with the state to 500 people. Working conditions are discussed with large business individually.

Integration of the My Diagram and VisionLabs systems took place in February, 2017, and in March the first pilot projects began. In July, 2017 the solution was integrated with AmoCRM that allowed to offer clients an opportunity of a time recording without use of devices — by means of the web terminal.
