2018: Cooperation increase in the field of creation of management systems

The Lokotekh group and 1C Company signed on May 24, 2018 the agreement on cooperation increase in the field of creation of management systems on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Experience of creation of the integrated management system using the solutions "1C:Enterprise 8" in Lokotekh became premises to cooperation increase. The document was signed by the CEO Lokotekh Yury Degtyarev and the director of 1C Company Boris Nuraliyev.

Cooperation purposes

The agreement is aimed at further cooperation in plot area of enterprise management systems in the machine-building industry using solutions of 1C, cost optimization on their implementation, including based on freely distributed software. Cooperation within the agreement should promote creation of optimal IT architecture of information systems for Lokotekh.

The next plans Lokotekh

In the next plans Lokotekh there is a development of use of the unified information system based on 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 for the purposes of comprehensive production planning and management of lifecycle of the locomotive and also ensuring work of the created General service center "Lokotekh" using the 1C: Document Flow system.

Results of application of the integrated management system

As of May, 2018 the integrated management system Lokotekh based on solutions"1C:ERP Enterprise management 2", "1C:MDM Management of the normative reference information" and some other solutions of a system 1C: Enterprise "8", already covered more than 4 thousand jobs, both in management company, and at the enterprises of Group. The created system helped to integrate work of all divisions Lokotekh that allowed to analyze quickly the volume and cost value of the planned repairs, to reduce costs and to increase revenue.

2017: End of the first stage of implementation of an ACS of MTRIO

The Lokotekh company announced on July 20, 2017 end of the first stage of implementation of the automated control system for the purchasing company on providing with material resources and the equipment (MTRIO'S ACS) on the platform of 1C. It is planned that its use will allow to reduce an illiquid remaining balance in warehouses and in general will increase efficiency not only repair, but also operation of the locomotive park of Russian Railways.

The 1C-KSU company having experience of automation of large enterprises became the partner in implementation.

Results of the first stage

The solution covers more than 500 jobs and "TMHS trading house", TMH-Service branches and the Zheldorremmash plants integrates work (enter in Lokotekh). Thus, maintaining the purchasing company became transparent. Using MTRIO'S ACS on the platform of 1C terms of preparation of forecast write-off will be reduced, receiving a remaining balance is centralized and operational management of a chain of formation of the purchased Inventories is organized. Also Lokotekh branches had an opportunity to monitor the movement of each item of equipment.

"With implementation of an ACS of MTRIO we received the tool for operating control of process of supply of our enterprises. Today for repair and service of the rolling stock we use tens of thousands of names of the equipment, and the adjusted scheme of work with deliveries, of course, is necessary. The new solution will help to improve qualitatively process of supply of Lokotekh branches" — the director of the department of development and deployment of the information systems "Lokotekh" Dmitry Pshichenko considers.

MTRIO'S ACS on the platform of 1C connects processes of production planning and providing MTR with tracking of the status of each nomenclature position from the planning moment before delivery and transfer to production. A new system integrated work of all divisions of the company, in it transparent approval and the adoption of forecast write-off for all branches "TMH-Service" and the Zheldorremmash plants is implemented. It allows to analyze quickly the volume and cost value of the planned repairs, to reduce costs and to increase revenue.

Now at the Lokotekh enterprises formation of the plan of purchase of Inventories happens on the basis of different factors: data of the forecast write-off which is not reduced a stock, data on movements and cooperations. Right of access and actions of employees are accurately regulated that excludes a possibility of errors at document creation.

Development plans for the project

In 2017 Lokotekh will continue development of an ACS of MTRIO. In particular, automation of open procurement procedures with optimization of terms of carrying out and cost of the purchased products is planned. Further creation of industry solution based on MTRIO'S ACS on the platform of 1C for replication on the enterprises of mechanical engineering of the Russian Federation and the neighboring countries is supposed.
