On July 24, 2017 the IT-Consult company announced delivery of the license to use of the software of TRIM (the information management system maintenance and repairs of the equipment (MRO ISU)) by request of Strauss company.
Project Tasks
In 2012 "Strauss Group" constructed factory on production of natural coffee in the Vladimir region (of Strunino). The design capacity of factory — 12 thousand tons per year, investments into its creation ~ $10 million[1].
Investment soundness depends on performance and technical readiness of the equipment of factory. The transparency and controllability of processes of a MRO was required to provide the companies, to reduce unplanned idle times, to keep account and control of parameters of technical condition, the cost accounting on a MRO, the analysis of their structure.
The solution of these tasks connected the management of Strauss LLC with implementation of the information management system maintenance and repairs (MRO ISU) on the basis of the software of TRIM of development of NPP Spectec.
Project Progress
The IT-Consult company delivered to the customer the license to use TRIM in the "boxed" TRIM-PMS configuration for 7 users and started express implementation of ISU of a MRO.
Specialists IT-Consult should unroll TRIM-PMS in workplaces of users, to provide their training in volume of standard regulations.
