Content

On July 26, 2017 the Eastwind company announced implementation of Eastwind AdTarget technology for monetization of service of the telecom operator Ucell.

Project Tasks

Ucell looked for technology for income acquisition from partner advertizing. In the tender specialists of operator designated basic functions of the platform:

  • selection of target groups of subscribers
  • start of mailings of offers of the third-party companies on them.

For project implementation of Ucell selected Eastwind AdTarget.

Project Progress

Ucell set the basic version of a system with a possibility of mailing of the SMS.

Project Results

Using the platform the operator had opportunities of automation of internal bulk mailings, determinations of target groups of subscribers.

The EW AdTarget system is intended for planning, creation and holding internal and partner advertizing campaigns by mobile operator. Actually via it it is possible to send also important information messages: for example, warnings of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Mailings can be carried out both on a subscriber base of the operator, and according to lists which are loaded into a system. Important feature of our solution – ample opportunities of customer analysis for exact selection on interests, a geolocation, demographic and other signs.
