"The Kazan CHPP-3" implemented a system of accounting of energy resources of the gas turbine unit

On July 26, 2017 the Krug company announced end of the first stage of implementation of the automated measuring system of complex accounting of energy resources of the gas turbine unit on the basis of KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex by request of "the Kazan CHPP-3".

Project Progress

KRUG company under the agreement with the general contractor of "GAMA" makes delivery and equipment checkout of metering stations of energy resources (Instrumentation and automated control systems), delivery of a cabinet of the accounting equipped with industrial DevLink-C1000 controllers and modules of input-output of DevLink-A10 series.

Within the next stage commissioning, certification of a system and commissioning, until the end of 2017 are planned.

Project Results

The fiscal metering system of GTU energy resources of the Kazan CHPP-3 is intended for the accounting of a hot and cold water, a superheated steam and condensate which are chemically polluted and domestic sewages by parameters of measurements:

• pressure,
• differences of pressure,
• temperatures,
• expense,
• masses,
• amount,
• thermal energy and power,
• time.

Start of the power unit with a power of 405 MW took place in May, 2017.

With this start power supply of the enterprises of a petrochemical complex of the Republic of Tatarstan and the residential residential districts of Kazan is provided. Electricity production – from 385 MW to 790 MW is doubled, the additional reserve of thermal power for heat holiday to consumers is created.
