Inclusion in the register of a state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In December, 2020 the industrial DevLink-C1000 controller is registered in the register of a state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On February 2, 2021 the NPF Krug company reported about it.
Industrial DevLink-C1000 controllers are intended for creation of an APCS and also can be used in systems of accounting of ASTUE/ASKUE as the controller of data collection (USPD). DevLink-C1000 will help with creation of budget solutions of automation systems for power supply networks (substations), heating systems, water utilities, boiler houses, buildings and constructions and other geographically distributed objects.
In combination with input-output modules the controller is capable to poll on physical channels different sensors and devices (thermocouples, thermoresistance, devices with the unified current exit, etc.) and to create corrective actions.
Besides, DevLink-C1000 can poll a set of different digital devices, including counters, to independently create and read out archives. Transfer of archives on the top level is performed as on wire, and to wireless communication links (the built-in GSM modem with support of two SIM cards) using OPC DA, OPC HDA technology.
Support of the calculator of number of Mespilus-2 energy carriers
On July 14, 2020 KRUG company announced release of the communication driver of the Mespilus-2 calculator (touch, execution 5). The driver allows to read out operational and archive parameters from the device.
Main features of the driver:
- reading of large volume of operational data (the instant and average for hour expense, pressure, temperature; self-diagnostics parameters, etc.), their transfer on the top level according to open exchange protocols
- reading of large volume of archive parameters (mean, maximum and minimum values for the period an expense, pressure, temperature, thermal power, etc.) and their transfer on the top level according to open exchange protocols
- driver opportunity for work together with the driver gateway (ensuring direct access to PU under its protocol).
Calculator of number of Mespilus-2 energy carriers, isp. 5 it is intended for measurement, conversion, calculation and data storage about parameters and amount of natural gas, air, oxygen, a free (passing) petroleum gas, coke gas and other gases, water and other liquids, including oil products and also thermal energy and the heat carrier in the systems of heat supply with the heat carrier of pairs, as a part of nodes of commercial and technology accounting.
The calculator will transform signal outputs from flowmeters, temperature sensors and pressure of the environment to values of an expense, pressure and temperature, calculates and keeps commercial account of amount of gas under operating and standard conditions.
Functions of a software module "Driver gateway"
Creation of automated systems of accounting of energy resources is connected with need of collection of information from the most different devices: counters of the electric power, heat and water counters, measuring instruments of quality of the electric power, proofreaders of gas and many other.
Configuring of the majority of modern intelligent devices is executed in the specialized "native" software started on the personal computer. After input of a system in operation reconfiguring of devices becomes difficult. The problem is especially relevant for the geographically distributed systems.
One more problem – ensuring unity of indications in the adjacent systems, i.e. a problem of data acquisition from one device in different accounting systems: for example in the system of the consumer and the system of the resource supplying organization.
The industrial DevLink C1000 controller in combination with a software module "Driver gateway" and extensive library of drivers for different devices (power meters, heat meters, gas meters, etc.) is the center of integration of the equipment and allows to solve all complex of the problems connected with the organization of information exchange between the different systems and devices.
The software module the "Driver gateway" which is composition of Real Time of the DevLink-C1000 Controller performs function of the arbitrator and coordinates information flows from the adjacent systems to the intelligent devices connected to the controller.
Use of the module "Driver gateway" leads to reduction of the total cost of a system due to consolidation diverse SOFTWARE in a single system, gives an opportunity of remote configuring and software updating of devices using GSM communication line/GPRS or Ethernet.
As of June 23, 2020 this solution is already applied as a part of automated systems of the companies of fuel and energy complex, power industry and heat supply.

Universal freely programmable industrial DevLink®-C1000 controller complete with modules of input-output DevLink®-A10 can be used to creation of "lungs" and "averages" of an APCS, to be operated as a part of big, complex systems.
The industrial DevLink-C1000 controller supports the commonly accepted protocols (MODBUS, OPC, etc.). The high-performance 32-bit processor based on architecture of ARM9 in combination with fast memory and the controller real-time system (CRTS) allows to reach high high-speed performance.
Modules of input-output Devlink-A10 which are a part of the DevLink-C1000 controller are intended for peripheral input-output of analog and discrete signals in the APCS systems and the systems of the distributed data collection. Modules provide collection of information from primary transformers (sensors) and also formation of corrective actions on a system.
