Flextera Unistream

Flextera Unistream is a joint product of automation of acceptance of transfers and payments.

On July 25, 2017 the Diasoft company and the company on service of money transfers of Unistream announced start of sales of the joint front office solution Flextera Unistream.

The created technology will help to cut down operating expenses due to creation of "end-to-end" business process on acceptance of transfers and payments in "single window". Cash documents and postings can be created automatically in a bank IT system, and frontal service will be open for integration into any channel of customer interaction (mobile bank, Internet bank, etc.). Economy is spoken well also by "seamless" integration of Flextera Unistream with other IT systems developed by Diasoft and also providing open interfaces for integration with any other external systems.

The logic of the solution assumes reduction of time of payment transaction by means of combination of functions of the operator and the cashier on behalf of one participant of business process. Use of technologies of optimization of data entry will minimize quantity of errors and will not involve big costs for advanced training of personnel.

Together with Diasoft we implemented the convenient solution for our partners. Now banks will be able not only to increase efficiency of service of payments and transfers at the offices, but also to get access to Unistream services.
