1C-Rarus: Accounting of food and calculation of dishes for public institutions

Product "1C-Rarus: Accounting of food and calculation of dishes for public institutions" is intended for automation of accounting and technology accounting of products and power management in the public (municipal) institutions consisting on a separate balance, financed from federal, regional (territorial subjects of the Russian Federation) or local budgets and also from the budget of state non-budgetary fund, with a possibility of reflection of the economic transactions connected with production of the food (dining rooms, buffets, bakeries) having a number of the features which are not allowing to use standard deliveries of programs of the 1C: Enterprise system.

The program allows to create planned menus, on their basis to make calculation and automatic write-off with distribution of the products by categories which are content and to sources of financial provision. Along with it the possibility of nutritional accounting of products using dietary tables and consumption rates is provided in the program.

Configuration documents not only reflect the movement of raw materials, products, but also create all necessary accounting entries.

In the program features of accounting of hospitals, sanatoria, treatment and prevention facilities, boarding houses, kindergartens, children's recreation camps, houses of nursing homes, schools, technical training colleges are considered.
