Project Tasks

The management made the decision on business process automation of trade and service network for the purpose of quality improvement of service and saving of time of the clients. As a technology basis of the project addition of Alpha Car was selected: Customer relationship management".

Implementation Results

On a response of the customer, the solution developed by 1C-Rarus optimized work of trade and service network "Koleso". In a new system contacts of each called or come client, information on the car (model, a complete set, additional options) interesting him are fixed.
