Russian union of rescuers (Rossoyuzspas)

The all-Russian public organization "Russian Union of Rescuers" (Rossoyuzspas) is created for the purpose of consolidation of efforts of society in problem solving of security and rescue of the population in the conditions of emergencies, increase in a role of rescuers in development of rescue matter in the Russian Federation and participation in actions for protection and rescue of the population, objects and territories in case of emergency emergence.
