On August 9, 2017 the Ventra IT Solutions company announced contract signature with the thermal wholesale generating company "Yunipro" on rendering services in the field of IT outsourcing.
Project Tasks
The contract means involvement of Ventra IT Solutions for maintenance of a computer hardware and information technical support of users of the Moscow representative office of Yunipro within three years.
Terms of the contract assume accomplishment of the following SLA: response time on the request — from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the priority set by the customer; resolving time of requests with the highest priority — no more than 2 working hours.
Project Progress
Rapid response to the arising requests and the solution of incidents regarding IT at users of the Moscow representative office of the organization, including acceptance, registration, primary classification and the solution of requests, installation and a software setup, diagnostics, prevention and repair of the hardware, consultation of users on work with applied software products, testing and identification of errors in their functionality, development, writing of the Knowledge base according to applied software products, etc. belongs to duties of Ventra.
Priority task within the project — to provide rapid response to the arising requests of users, combining priorities at the solution of incidents with business priorities.
