Mango Telecom passed to "Kontur.Diadok"

On August 10, 2017 it became known that Mango Telecom company, the player of the Russian market of virtual PBX, passed to an electronic document management system of "Kontur.Diadok".^[1]

Only within client interaction the company monthly creates about 50 thousand sets of legally significant documents. "Kontur.Diadok" allows to reduce time expenditure by these procedures literally to one working day.

At the same time, "Kontur.Diadok" provides to clients of Mango Telecom delivery of the necessary closing documents — the originals signed with the qualified electronic signature — to the day with exposure and directly on a workplace.

Until the end of the year we are going to organize electronic document management with the most part of users of the products Mango Office" — Mikhail Saulkin, the chief financial officer of Mango Telecom said.

In our module only the relevant, legislatively approved formats of electronic documents are used, they are timely updated, and users can be sure of legal force of the document flow — Konstantin Kozlov, the Diadoc project manager of SKB Kontur company emphasized.
