On the agenda Biotechnical honey-2017 - creation of targetny drugs, telemedicine and biotechnologies in agricultural sector

The BIOTECHNICAL HONEY conference will take place with assistance of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. The State Corporation Rostec acts as the strategic partner of the Conference. It is planned that the number of participants this year will almost double and will exceed 1500 people.

The BIOTECHNICAL HONEY conference is the federal authoritative platform allowing not only to create dialog between business and the power, but also to develop complex approach for the solution of topical issues of the industry. The Conference purpose – formation of interest at market participants on ensuring transition to medicine of new technology way.

In total in the main program 17 sections, among them 'Implementation of IT of technologies as a necessary condition of development of medicine ',' an output of domestic medicines to foreign markets ',' development of new immunobiological medicines ',' the innovation medical equipment' and so on are stated.

Targetny drugs, telemedicine and biotechnologies in agricultural sector

On August 29, 2017 in Moscow on the platform of MIA 'Russia Today' there took place the press conference dated for the second annual conference on biomedical technologies the BIOTECHNICAL MEDICAL B action representatives of the key Ministries, State Corporation Rostec and organizers of a conference took part. BIOTEKHMED will pass on September 14-15, 2017 in Gelendzhik.

At a press conference there was a Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation of S.A. Krayeva, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation S.A. Tsyb, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation E.Yu. Astrakhantseva, the chief executive of State Corporation Rostec O.N. Yevtushenko and also the head BIOTECHNICAL HONEY from State Corporation Rostec O.I. Piven. The director of special orders of State Corporation Rostec V.Yu. Brovko acted as the moderator.

The Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Sergey Aleksandrovich Krayevoy opened an action: 'We very much wait for start of a conference, biotechnologies in medicine is that disruptive direction which determines health care level in the country. Within this platform experts will discuss creation of new biotechnology products, drugs of new generation with the targetny mechanism of action, questions of regulation of production of new drugs and also increase in a scope of vaccination'.

'One of the priority directions of development of health care is also export of medical services (entrance medical tourism). The session devoted to this subject will also take place 'on fields' conferences. Thanks to hi-tech development of the Russian medicine and low cost of treatment we can become the most competitive country' — Sergey Aleksandrovich Krayevoy added.

'Development of biotechnologies is a complex task. It not only development of biotechnology medicines which began to appear more and more recently. This year within the conference the big block connected with biotechnologies in agriculture is planned. Development trends in agriculture correlate with trends of development of pharmaceutical industry and in general with development of a health care system. One of plenary sessions will be devoted to our joint work and discussion of measures of support. Is what to discuss and what to share' — the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Sergey Anatolyevich Tsyb said.

"Our task — to grow up the active healthy population. We — what we eat. And we eat that we make and we grow up. The agenda of this action contains issues of development and implementation of modern biotechnologies important today by production of food, vaccines, veterinary medicines and many other" — the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Elena Astrakhantseva added.

As the strategic partner of a conference the second year the State Corporation Rostec acts. According to Oleg Nikolaevich Yevtushenko, the State corporation takes active part in implementation of the state program on development of domestic health care. Work of Rostec is aimed at providing national sovereignty in the field of production, development and introduction into circulation of medicines, development of the import substitution program of the medical equipment and also ─ implementation of electronic health care for which Rostec created a monitoring system of purchases of medicines.

'It would be desirable to note that the program of the Conference raises the most topical issues in the field of health care, biomedical technologies and innovations. On it competitive products and solutions including the holding companies of Rostec will be presented: new projects of Nacimbio, NCI, medical equipment Schwab and Pozis — Oleg Yevtushenko told. In general, the total quantity of participants of BIOTEKHMED this year grew at least by fifty percent in comparison with previous year and will make more than 1500 people. It demonstrates that the platform of a forum is interesting to players of the industry and has the serious potential for development'.

As the area manager BIOTECHNICAL HONEY from State Corporation Rostec Olga Piven noted, the Conference will continue the development and in 2019. 'Our task — to develop and support the platform of a conference for effective dialog between the state, the industry and private companies performing the activity in so sensitive industry as health care and biotechnologies. This year the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation joined us, from next year we invited to participation the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. We are going to involve also actively in our project the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to create full dialog of all concerned parties, it is necessary to discuss key issues from different points of view therefore for us it is extremely important to receive a feedback from the industry and market leaders. According to the results of a conference we will conduct survey of participants and we will report results to departments for the further analysis and work' — Olga Piven noted.

At the Conference which took place in 2016 the Russian developments were provided: a unique bionic prosthesis of production of United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation in Russia, the exoskeleton developed by MKC+ company, the cardiomarker created by KRET, etc. the Conference visited more than 1000 guests who took part in the business program consisting of 13 panels and round tables. In the course of BIOTEKHMED three agreements were signed, more than 15 press actions with speakers of the Conference are organized and the results of tender of startups are summed up. The world presentation of a microscope of MIM-340 of Schwabe holding became one of the main events.
