Tanais: The connector to the system of exchange of the documents Astral

"Tanais the Connector to the system of exchange of the documents Astral" — the technical solution allowing to perform bilateral exchange of documents from the Directum system to the partners connected to the Astral.OFD service (Kaluga Astral operator). The boxed solution does not require entering of any completions into the Directum system.

Installation

The solution represents a plug-in to the standard module DISI (Directum Interchange System Integration is "Integration with the Systems of Exchange"), its installation consists in copying of the folder from dll in the folder of the module DISI in Program Files. Right after it it is possible to start the master "Setup of the module DISI".

The new system of exchange of the documents "Astral" will as a result be added:

Using the master of DISI it is possible to create the new subscriber and to begin exchange of documents.

Work in a system

All further actions of the user happen in the Directum system. At the same time to what service of exchange (An astral, Synerdocs or the Diadoc) the subscriber is connected, matters only at the time of connection of the new subscriber. After that all routing is provided with the module DISI. Before sending the formalized document (invoice) directly in the system of exchange in the connector the formatno-logical control (FLC) on compliance to formats is made SOCIAL INSURANCE FUND RPF, FTS and FSRAR. For this check services of the operator of a system of exchange are used.

If it is about obtaining documents, the solution also works in standard logic of DISI. When obtaining the message from other subscriber from the system of exchange record of the reference book "Messages of the Systems of Exchange of Documents" is created. According to standard logic of DISI the task responsible for exchange forms, and the document as a result is registered as new entering.

Business effect

Implementing solution allows to exchange legally significant electronic documents from the Directum system with the subscribers connected to service of exchange the Astral.

At the same time for the partner nothing changes: he pays for transfer of the document on a rate of service of exchange the Astral and does not think of technical nuances.

As the solution interacts with the Directum system via the built-in module DISI, it can work in close integration and with business solution Intercorporate financial and accounting document flow.
