Astral.OFD

Astral.OFD — service for transfer of fiscal data in tax on the last requirements 54-FZ.

The online service an Astral.OFD automatically sends fiscal data from cash desk to tax, and the user receives supporting documents. In a personal account the analytics of work of outlet is available, and checks can be sent to the buyer by the SMS or e-mail.

Operating procedure of service

The cash desk registered in the tax inspection punches the check and creates fiscal data then data are signed by the electronic signature and go in encrypted form via the Astral.OFD server. Transfer of fiscal data in tax happens in real time.

2018: The beginning of sales of fiscal drives with a subscription to Astral.OFD

On October 3, 2018 1C Company declared the beginning of sales of cryptographic (cryptographic) means of protecting of fiscal these fiscal drives (further – FN) with an activation PIN code Astral.OFD (further – the PIN code).

Fiscal drives conform to requirements of the law N54-FZ of 10:05 p.m. 2003 in edition 290-fz of 7/3/2016.

The fiscal drive FN-1 supports versions of formats of fiscal documents 1.0, 1.05., and 1.0, 1.05, 1.1.

Connection of cash desks to Astral.OFD happens to the help of "PIN codes of activation of cash desk in an Astral.OFD". The PIN code is provided to the user of the cash register equipment in electronic form in a personal account on the 1C:ITS Portal in the section "Activation of cash desks". The instruction for activation of PIN codes is posted in the same section.

The PIN code activates connection of cash desk to Astral.OFD for the term of 13, 15 or 36 months.

2017: Expansion of opportunities of a personal account

The Kaluga Astral company announced on November 27, 2017 Astral.OFD expansion of opportunities of a personal account of subscribers of the online service.

Now users Astral.OFD can:

• Register the cash registers in FTS (with obtaining the registration number) — it is obligatory a condition for work on requirements 54-FZ.
• Strike the cash register equipment off the register — it can be necessary at its loss or theft and also when closing the fiscal drive.
• Re-register the cash register equipment — it is necessary at change of details or replacement of FN.

These opportunities are available directly from the Astral.OFD interface — subscribers do not need to pass into LK on the website nalog.ru. Therefore, to work becomes even quicker and more conveniently.
