Content

On August 15, 2017 Kaspersky Lab announced product introduction of the company in network of KFC restaurants in Russia.[1]

Prerequisites of the Project

According to Kaspersky Lab, business even more often becomes a target of cybercriminals worldwide. It is connected with the fact that cracking of a financial infrastructure is capable to bring to malefactors much more means, than robbery of private users. Such incidents, in addition to loss of money by the company, can lead to temporary suspension of operations of the enterprise, date leak and loss as existing, and potential clients. For the purpose of ensuring due protection against similar threats KFC made the decision to implement protective products from Kaspersky Lab.

Implementation Results

Within the project the network of KFC restaurants integrated the protective solution of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for business in the corporate network. Besides, within a pilot project the product Kaspersky Embedded Systems Security for protection of payment terminals and points of instant payment was implemented.
