It has extensive experience in the field of information technologies, deep examination on digitalization, business process management and strategic development.

As the managing partner Sergey Gavrenkov provides coordination of different divisions of business of AiTeco group in connection with acceleration of growth rates of this direction, expansion of geography of infrastructure projects and also development of examination in the field of integrated management of large-scale infrastructure projects. Among its tasks - including formation of accounting policy, increase in efficiency and quality of project implementation, development of new competences and business of AiTeco Group.
