In the centralized accounting of the educational sphere of the city of Simferopol Parus Budget is implemented

On August 15, 2017 the Parus company announced implementation of the Parus Budget software product in the centralized accounting of the educational sphere of Simferopol.

Project Results

Accounting of 115 organizations, including city kindergartens, schools, leisure organizations is automated. The project is implemented by Southern Parus company.

In a common information space accountants, economists, the staff of contract service work.

All sections of accounting, including accounting of a parent payment, food, contract commitments, tariffing and payroll, charge of compensations of a parent payment according to regional regulatory legal acts are automated. The staff of economical department creates in the system of an expense budget, executions of plans of FHD and the cash plan by the analytical indicators reflecting specifics of education exercise control. Bilateral information exchange with regional banking institutions is organized. Data exchange with the systems of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Crimea and Federal Treasury is implemented.

In the centralized accounting the subsystem of continuous monitoring of key indicators of accounting and economic accounting is implemented. Daily heads of departments and the chief accountant obtain information on potentially wrong actions of the subordinates which can affect completeness, reliability and correctness of accounting.

The pilot project of complex automation of accounting of food in preschool institutions is started. As practice showed, use of the program in gardens allows to exclude repeated input of documents on arrival and an expense of food by accountant officers. Also less time is spent on reconciliation of a remaining balance: accounting and a garden use uniform information, emergence of errors which arose when accounting in different databases is excluded.
