RT-Inform automated management of production processes in KBP of Shipunov

On August 17, 2017 RT-Inform announced project completion on process automation of management of production processes, NSI and the park of a production equipment for "Instrument Design Bureau of the academician A.G. Shipunov" (enters into NPO Vysokotochnye kompleksy of State Corporation Rostec).

The project allows to resolve issues of further development of a management system for production processes of the enterprise, to try to obtain operating control of key productive and economic indicators.

Project Tasks

The project team should reach higher level of control automation by production processes on the basis of modern information systems. For automation software products Galaktika of AMM, "Galaktika ERP" and "Galaktika EAM" were used.

Project Results

According to the results of the project on KBP business processes on the basis of the uniform centralized database were optimized and the following problems of automation are solved: management of supply, a warehouse, sold, is organized by production logistics, NSI. Input and support of relevance of data on accounting of a production equipment of the enterprise are provided.

Implementation of systems was executed taking into account specifics of the existing level of automation of the enterprise when preserving operability of all structural divisions in the course of integration of solutions.
