The network of LOTOK grocery stores implemented the system of encouragement of clients based on ABM Loyalty

On August 17, 2017 the ABM Cloud company announced implementation for more than 60 retail supermarkets "LOTOK" in Kiev and Kiev region the systems of encouragement of clients based on the loyalty program of clients of ABM Loyalty.

Project Results

Participants of the loyalty program are given an opportunity of economy and earnings due to accumulation of bonuses for purchases. Accumulation of bonuses is automatic and it is specified in the check. 1 monetary unit = 1 OK.

The following options of registration of the participant are possible:

  • The questionnaire on paper carrier
  • Electronic questioning on the website (for additional bonuses)
  • The Loyalty program button on the screen of the Ibox self-service terminal

Thanks to system implementation of clients on the ABM Loyalty platform the customer was promoted:

  • CRM system:

    • An opportunity to become authorized, viewing balance, the analysis of history of purchases, promo codes.

The participant of the program of encouragement in LOTOK shops receives the plastic card with already generated by EAN 13 and QR codes, the password of confirmation comes to the mobile number. The plastic card opens access to a bonus purse, a customer ID and balance is the mobile phone number of the participant of the program.

Besides, participants of the program of encouragement can use mobile application and a payment purse for iOS, Android: complete functionality of the loyalty program (history, the personalized offers) and functionality of a payment purse with a binding of the bank card, transfers, payments of services and also a support service are available.
