Cooperation with Rosselkhoznadzor

On October 3, 2017 the Maykor-GMCS company announced the conclusion with Rosselkhoznadzor of the agreement on cooperation, aimed at the development of solutions for tracking of the movement of subsupervising products within unified information environment in the field of veterinary science.

Cross-platform solution "Vereks. The veterinary science" provides data transmission from the accounting systems based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP ERP in a FSIS "Mercury" via the universal gateway "Vetis.API" for electronic certification of persons under surveillance to a gosvetnadzor of loads, trackings of a way of their movement across the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of creation of unified information environment for veterinary science, increase in biological and food security.

We are glad to become the official IT partner of Rosselkhoznadzor. We already have arrangements with several enterprises on use of our solution "Vereks. Veterinary science". In the company the competency group on this product which will monitor all changes for the purpose of timely providing necessary updates to clients is created — Sergey Korovin, the head, Maykor-GMCS said.

Rosselkhoznadzor and Maykor-GMCS are going to develop functionality of the solution and also the universal gateway "Vetis.API" for the purpose of the most correct and optimal interaction with information systems of the enterprises participating in management and accounting of subsupervising products and further transfer and data recording in a FSIS "Mercury". The parties also agreed about holding joint actions for integration of information systems and program developments.

Announcement of the solution

On August 21 the Maykor-GMCS company announced solution development "to Vereks. Veterinary science". The solution is registered in Microsoft corporation and completely conforms to requirements of the legislation in the field of veterinary control.

The solution provides automatic data exchange of the accounting system with ICs "Mercury" which are necessary for electronic certification of the person under surveillance of goods and preparation of the veterinary accompanying documents (VAD). The solution is implemented in the form of web service, consolidation and data validation is performed at the level of the gateway Vetis.API. The user can browse the history of processing of electronic VSD with a printability of the copy of documents.

According to developers, use of the solution reduces terms and costs for preparation of veterinary accompanying documents. Besides, the transparency and traceability of batches of subsupervising products is provided, possible failures of a cargo flow because of an incorrect design of VSD decrease.

No matter, what version of Microsoft Dynamics AX is used by the enterprise at the moment. Installation of the integration solution takes several days then the enterprise is completely ready for data transmission in the federal system of a vetsertifikation. If it is not about the producer, and about distributor or logistic network, then we can also integrate their warehouse system based on Microsoft Dynamics with Vetis — Denis Timoshenko, the business director of Maykor-GMCS said.
