iOS Secure Enterprise Client - technology of protection VPN- connections between devices iPhone or iPad and local networks of the companies under control of NCP Secure Enterprise Management.

2017: Secure Enterprise Client для iOS

On August 18, 2017 the company NCP engineering announced release of the Secure Enterprise Client program for Apple iOS 9 and 10. The client program provides protected VPN- connection between iPhone or iPad and local networks of the companies, control of which is exercised on a centralized basis via the NCP Secure Enterprise Management system. Users can be connected to a large number of different networks, using separate VPN profiles.

The technology is created for integration of mobile devices into the concept of security with central office. Administrators can create configurations of users and distribute certificates without intervention of users. The authentication mechanism used by the client of NCP IOS guarantees a comprehensive protection against remote access of the unauthorized third parties, including support for markers of OTP (the one-time password) and certificates of PKI (public key infrastructure)^[1].

The program supports Touch ID and 3D Touch. Touch ID Offers function of fingerprint recognition for increase in security and serves for VPN connection establishment. 3D Touch помогает users to cope with tasks by means of use of the capacitive transducers which are built in the display of the touch screen.

Smartphones and tablets, in particular iPhones and iPads, are even more often used in the entrepreneurial environment for business. The VPN client of Secure Enterprise IOS offers function of centralized operation by smartphones and Apple tablets with providing or access restriction depending on requirements of security policy. The NCP Secure Enterprise IOS Client program contains the option "VPN on demand". In its structure two functions: automatic establishment of VPN communication at emergence of need for transfer of data and automatic reconnection to VPN at connection loss.

The intellectual NCP Path Finder technology gives the chance of remote access with reliable network protection or creations of the proxy servers blocking the IPSec connections.
