MosUslugiBot is a bot which will help to reserve time of a visit to the Moscow clinics through messenger Telegram.

In the capital the first began to work city Telegram- the bot designed to help to register in appointment online. The robot can show the current records about time of visits to clinic, remind of them or cancel at the request of the user. It is possible to find a bot, having entered messenger Telegram the name @MosUslugiBot in a search line.

In Moscow earned Telegram bot for making an appointment with the doctor

As on August 20 reported to Department of information technologies the cities Moscow, for record to the doctor the user needs to send to a bot the message with number of the policy of the compulsory health insurance (CHI) and date of birth. After that the electronic assistant will offer at choice: register in appointment or look at the current records (in the same menu it is possible to cancel a visit).^[1]

About the help of Telegram bot users can plan a visit to the local therapist and other doctors of primary link: to the urologist, otorhinolaryngologist, ophthalmologist or surgeon. Citizens can select desirable receptive period from those options which the electronic assistant will offer in the response message. Then the robot will remind of the reserved visit time twice: in a day and in two hours prior to acceptance.

Now possibilities of a bot are limited — it works on a simple algorithm and can only write people on acceptance in clinic and show the current records with a possibility of their canceling. He is not capable to answer additional questions of users. Further a bot will teach more difficult communication with people. For example, if to describe the problem, the robot will prompt what doctor it is necessary to see, and will help to create quickly record for the next date. It does not mean that the bot will make the diagnosis or will write out the recipe. It will only submit the list of specialists at whom it is possible to get advice on this or that occasion — told in DIT.

Thus, now it is possible to register in acceptance to the specialist in several ways: at a personal visit to clinic (on a sisterly post, in registry, via the infomat), by phone and online (in a personal account on the mos.ru portal, on the website emias.mos.ru and the partner websites of the EMIAS system, and now also in the Telegram messenger).
