Sinto Pharm is the specialized the automated workplace (AW) developed by specialists of Sinto. Meets the international standards GMP (Good Manufacturing Practic, Proper production practice) for for net production premises of the class "D" with the increased dust content in the operated status. The tightness of a product guarantees security blanket against fine dust and resistance to chemical means of cleaning.

Each of production phases of drugs — from delivery of initial raw materials, crushing, sifting before packing and packaging — is followed by dust emissions. At the same time in a final production stage air pollution level dust of ready medicine several times exceeds admissible. Medicinal dust for 85-98% consists of particles of 5 microns in size. Roughness of Sinto Pharm (Ra <1,2 мкм) гарантирует должную уборку его поверхности.

Structure of the solution

Basic complete set:

• The dust and water tight body manufactured of stainless steel of the AISI 304 brand. It is available in floor and wall execution
• Liquid crystal monitor of any diagonal
• The computer or the thin client (at choice)
• Anti-vandal IP65 the keyboard (with 66/84/101 keys or with trekbollom/the touchpad / without manipulator)

It is in addition completed:

• touchpad
• barcode scanner
• uninterruptible power supply unit
