On August 22, 2017 the Magenta Technology company announced Maxoptra.Mobile Collection system implementation for the purpose of optimization and control of routes of the movement of specialists of exit collecting VTB 24 bank.
Project Tasks
Main objective of the project was increase in mobility of employees of exit collecting, reduction of time of stay of employees in office, increase in number of departures on one employee.
Within the project it was required to solve the following problems:
- Implement a possibility of planning of departures according to concentration of borrowers, creation of an optimal route of a detour.
- Implement tools of tracking of movement of exit employees and creation of the management and operational reporting on perfect departures and movement during the working day;
- Organize access to automation systems of collecting from a mobile workplace and develop the user mobile interface;
- Provide bilateral solution integration with the CRM system of Oracle Siebel CRM bank.
- Ensure safety of personal data of clients debtors of bank.
Contractor Selection
In 2015 VTB 24 selected NPK "Madzhenta Development" as the contractor for system implementation of management of employees of exit debt collection at the stage Hard Collection.
The choice favored Madzhenta Development because of high degree of readiness of the Maxoptra platform and experience of a command in implementation of difficult projects for the large Russian and foreign companies.
Project Progress
Within several months was works on setup and integration of a system with information systems of bank are performed, solution deployment on servers of bank was executed, trial operation of a system is begun.
In 6 months after start of the project, in the first quarter 2016, the solution Maxoptra.Mobile collection was brought into commercial operation in all divisions of VTB 24.
The implemented functionality
Automatic planning of meetings and calls of the exit employee
Maxoptra.Mobile collection automatically plans the optimal schedule per day, considering the strategy of exit collecting, the probable time spent of the debtor in a meeting point, the working schedule of the employee. In case of need the schedule can be modified by the head of the center of collecting in the manual mode and is quickly transferred to a mobile workplace of the employee.
Online access to information on debtors and data exchange with the center of collecting of debt
Mobile application for the employee is a part of Maxoptra.Mobile collection. With its help the employee gets access to the complete information about the debtor from the CRM system of bank:
- Contact information: photo, Full Name, date of birth, passport, phones, work location, etc.
- Up-to-date financial information: the available agreements and terms of payment, pledges, the size and term of arrears, the amount of the accrued interest and a penalty fee on the date of departure, a story of actually effected payments, the history of interaction with the debtor, earlier received promises, etc.
- List of guarantors and third parties.
Using mobile application the exit employee on site of a meeting fixes results of a meeting with debtors in the form approved by bank. Collected information is quickly transferred to the accounting system of bank for further processing. Mobile application can work in offline mode in the absence of access to network, accumulating collected information for the subsequent transfer.
Control of work of employees in real time
Mobile application of the exit employee determines the location by signals of satellites GPSGLONASS of systems / positioning. On the basis of information arriving from mobile application of the employee, the head of the center of collecting of debt controls in real time its location and the fact of visit of debtors.
Integration with the accounting systems of bank
Maxoptra.Mobile collection is closely integrated with the master systems of banks. Exit employees obtain complete and up-to-date information about debtors and exchange results of departures and calls with bank. Data transmission is performed in real time in the presence of communication or in the mode of the postponed transfer in the absence of access to network.
Personal data protection of debtors
Thanks to deep integration of Maxoptra.Mobile collection with the system of data protection of bank information is transferred to mobile devices via secure channels, and in case of loss/theft of the mobile device all information from the device can be deleted at the command of the administrator.
Project Results
Thanks to implementing solution it was succeeded to optimize use by the staff of VTB 24 of working time. Employees receive the work plan per day and all information, necessary for meetings, on the mobile jobs and begin departure directly from the house, without the need for visit of office. Directly during movement the mobile device automatically lays an optimal way of the movement to the selected debtor bypassing traffic jams and allows to contact debtors "one button" without the need for input of number. On a response of the customer, thanks to function of control by the head of the center of collecting of movement of employees the number of cases of inappropriate use of working time decreased.
The quality and completeness of information transferred to the exit employee increased. The employee has an opportunity to obtain the most up-to-date information about any debtor from a portfolio for conducting the reasoned negotiations.
Due to increase in efficiency of use of working time, planning and control of routes of movement of employees it was almost succeeded to double number of the departures which are daily performed by employees. Increase in number of departures together with accounting of the probable time spent of the debtor for the address of a meeting led to increase in a share of contact departures that, finally, led to increase in collecting of debt.
Based on trial operation the solution Maxoptra.Mobile collection proved the efficiency and allowed to achieve effective objectives. As result, the bank makes the decision on further expansion of use of a system and implementation of additional functionality.
