One and a half years of work later the partnership needed to bring all available data into a system, to display relevant expenses on the maintenance of houses and territories, to provide understanding of work for all participants of a partnership. It is possible to manage all personal accounts from one window now: the accountant quickly switches between the operating housing and communal services, information on charges, payment and individual share of owners.

Settlings with housing and public utilities are optimized: main articles of expenses are selected: counters, area and quantity of living. It provided equitable distribution of expenses between residents.

On a withdrawal of TSN "Birch", implementation of the program increased trust to a managing link: payment documentation helps the chairman to report to other participants and to justify the made decisions.
