The palace of creativity of children and youth of the city of Norilsk implemented EDMS "Etla"

On August 24, 2017 the Atlas Soft company announced project completion of system implementation of electronic document management of "Etla 6" in "The palace of creativity of children and youth of the city of Norilsk" (DTDM).

Project Progress

The decision on system implementation was made quickly enough as all settings of users, installation of access rights, adding of users in groups and purpose of roles it in business processes were performed by forces of the system administrator, when using different tools which are present at a system.

During setup of a system it was succeeded to organize transparent and reliable work with all documentation of DTDM, for the account:

• creations of electronic copies of archive documents and their institution in a system;
• formations of distinct structure of document storage;
• establishments of control over execution of instructions;
• fast and accurate document transfer from one contractor to another and tracking of a status of business process in real time;
• receiving quick access to documents due to flexible search.

Project Results

Several days later after the beginning of work in EDMS "Etla" it became clear that became simpler and many times processing of incoming letters due to their automatic mailing on approval to key staff, with further control of execution of approval accelerated. Also it was succeeded to optimize work with agreements due to use of a subsystem of work with partners.

In general as a result of implementation of EDMS:

• the electronic archive is created and reliable document storage is provided.
• it is almost instantly possible to get access to the necessary document;
• a number of business processing of documents which allowed to solve the current problems more quickly are put into operation.
