"Burger King Russia" starts the loyalty program based on a blockchain

On August 25, 2017 Waves Platform announced start of the loyalty program by Burger King Russia company on the basis of technology of a blockchain. Technical solution will be implemented based on the Waves platform.

Vopperkoina

Within the loyalty program "Russia" released Burger King 1 billion Whoppercoin. Visitors of restaurants of network in Russia will have an opportunity to receive "vopperkoina" proceeding from the amount of the check: 1 ruble = 1 Whoppercoin. The visitor will be able to receive for 1700 "vopperkoin" one vopper.

Now Vopper — not just burger, but also the tool for investments. Experts predict rapid growth of cost of cryptocurrencies. Therefore Vopper's eating today — a backlog for financial wellbeing tomorrow — Ivan Shestov, the director of communications "Burger King Russia" said.

"Burker King Russia" will also release mobile application for transactions with "vopperkoina". It will appear in Apple Store and Google Play within a month.
