HyperMethod implemented the system of distance learning and advanced training in Roshydromet

The HyperMethod company announced on August 22, 2017 project implementation on implementation of the All-Russian system of distance learning and advanced training of Federal Hydrometeorology Service for Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet). The created system allows to train tens of thousands of employees of service through the whole country — from Sakhalin to Kaliningrad.

Project Progress

The company contractor was faced by a task — the organization of distance learning for employees from 6 federal districts of Russia even in the conditions of lack of Internet access. As the result, HyperMethod delivered not only the portal solution, but also offline version of a system which allows to study without Internet access. Results of passing of rates are also fixed and can be integrated into SDO.

One more important wish of the customer which was considered — the organization of backup of training courses. Now even in case of removal of material by mistake of it it is possible to recover easily.

Implementation Results

As of August 22, 2017, on the portal more than 70 rates among which — "Meteoobstanovka and observation", "Air pollution monitoring", etc. are placed.

SDO of Roshydromet. Interface

The virtual class became the innovation part of the project. In SDO of Roshydromet of HyperMethod implemented the tool for holding webinars. Among its features:

• WebRTC technology which does not require installation of the additional software. For work with a webinar only the browser and any Flash is necessary.
• The clear interface allowing the teacher is much better to feel audience, its reaction to the course of holding a webinar.
• It is more than opportunities for an interactive: creation of polls one click and even without it, tools for work with drawings, large scale circuits, images of high resolution that so is not enough for the teacher in a number of technical and humanitarian disciplines, file sharing between listeners and teachers, several teachers on air at once.
• Connection of mobile devices (smartphones) of participants to maintaining within holding a webinar
• and other innovations.

2011

The IBS HyperMethod company completed the works on creation and system implementation of distance learning within the complex project of LANIT company "Delivery and equipment installation and systems of distance learning in training centers of Roshydromet".

The IBS HyperMethod company performed a complex of works on technical, organizational and methodological upgrade of educational base, implementation of program and technical and educational and methodical means and also development of educational networks of observation of meteorological and hydrological parameters for creation of the integrated system of informatization of education in the field of hydrometeorology. A main objective of creation and implementation of SDO is quality improvement and level of training, retraining of employees and advanced training of specialists in the field of hydrometeorology on the job.

Work on supply of equipment in Roshydromet began at the end of last year, all are at the moment set and configured necessary tools for the organization and support of process of distance learning and certification of personnel of the company:

• software platform for the SDO organization – eLearning Server,
• the module of management of competences is Assessment Tools,
• the management system for educational content is eLearning CMS,
• the management system for an informational portal is eLearning SIS,
• the tool of the organization of webinars is iWebinar,
• the designer of electronic rates – eAuthor.

Also within the project the IBS HyperMethod company developed and integrated electronic rates and interactive training complexes, at the end of August specialists of the company provided training of IT specialists and staff of institute of advanced training of Roshydromet.
