The project on system implementation of loyalty of RapidSoft in Surgutneftegazbank (SNGB) came to the end with summer of 2014.
Loyalty system implementation purposes
- Increase in satisfaction and customer loyalty;
- Reduction of outflow of clients;
- Collecting and updating of personal data of clients;
- Increase in the average amount of card purchase, average number of purchases;
- Holding targeted advertizing campaigns with high percent of a response;
- Increase in cross-selling and cross-sellings both in bank, and together with partners of the program;
- Collecting of marketing information for improvement of commodity offers;
- Creation of modern communication channels and a feedback with clients, including on the Internet.
Project Results
Since July 1, 2014 the Surgutneftegazbank began to use the implemented RapidSoft loyalty system in the work.
Holders of the bank cards issued by Surgutneftegazbank can become participants of the loyalty program of JSC SNGB.
Participation in the loyalty program of SNGB bank allows clients, performing non-cash payments in trade enterprises (services) of the whole world, to accumulate a SNGB bonuses which in the subsequent can be converted into money and are enlisted on kartscht.
Open modular system architecture of loyalty of RapidSoft allowed to solve on one technical solution all complex of problems of management different bonus and a cashback programs of bank.
