The 1C-Rarus company announced on August 29, 2017 creation of an information system for accounting, tax and personnel records in Inyakinsky trade and purchasing cooperative.
Prerequisites
The management of cooperative decided to automate accounting, to reduce accounting labor costs, to obtain exact data on work of the organization.
Project Progress
The management of cooperative asked for the help in 1C-Rarus company which specialists helped to create the accounting system based on two solutions – "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". In the remote mode programmers of the Ryazan office helped to set and configure the program in shops, trained users.
Project Results
In the accounting system of Inyakinsky trade and purchasing cooperative five employees who using "1C: Accounting 8" carry out settlement with suppliers work, fix cash receipt from buyers, make out warehouse transactions on distribution of products by shops, carry out inventory and goods write-off. The program helps to prepare the accounting and tax reporting. Data on profit became more authentic as now all expenses, for example, on transport delivery are considered. It, in turn, helps at acceptance of management decisions and competent planning.
In "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" important information on employees is stored. Program capabilities are used for salary accrual according to the Russian legislation and also financial motivation of employees.
