Project Tasks

The factor of time plays an important role in the organization of business processes in Belskan of service. Therefore ensuring control of observance of employment policies and procedures became one of important tasks which management and the leaders of the center needed to solve. For this purpose also the biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime was implemented.

Implementation Progress

At an input in car service installed the BioLink FingerPass TM terminal with the built-in fingerprint scanner. Coming to work or leaving it, employees, putting a finger to the scanner, note the actual operating time. In the same way lunch breaks, smoke breaks and any other absence from work are registered. Information accumulates on the server and will be transformed to reports.

Project Results

As of August, 2017 in BioTime — 27 standard reports displaying a surname and an employee name, division in which it works his position, arrival time and delay for work. Also it is displayed whether the employee is in a workplace at present. Reports can be arranged "under themselves", having changed fields or appearance using the Designer of Reports function. Reports automatically are sent to e-mail of the head of service and mobile application of BioTime. Via the tablet or the mobile phone in real time it is possible to obtain complete and reliable information about movement of employees, their arrivals and goings from work.

The biometric time recording is very important for such business as car service, experience of implementation of BioTime in our company testifies to it. All functions of a system which provide further quality improvement of work of employees are important for us. I use reports of BioTime, for control of discipline of employees, at the same time I do not experience any difficulties.
