On November 21, 2017 announced SAP CIS start in operation of the B2B-platform for e-commerce on the basis of a cloud solution of SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud. The TeamIdea company worked with the partner in product introduction.
Project Results
The platform works as the platform for MEGAPOLIS Group and its clients: B2B-clients can do online orders in time, convenient for them, get sales propositions and the personalized support at all stages. Standard and routine operations on collecting of orders and document creation are postponed for the platform, it will allow sales agents to provide offline - to outlets customer service.
For November 21, 2017 in MEGAPOLIS Group is completed the stage of multichannel transformation as a part of which:

- mobile version of the website.
Service of the platform are tested in regions: Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk and Moscow.
