Otradnoye Private technopark

The private technopark Otradnoye is located on the land plot of 3.5 hectares in the Northeast district of Moscow. In 2015 the technopark was given the status allowing to use privileges at payment of taxes and lease for the land plot.

Management company of technopark Otradnoye is JSC Center of Refrigerating and Transport Technologies MOTEK-Ts. In 2016 the enterprise occupied 25.1 thousand sq.m. of production areas from which 95% were occupied by residents. In total in technopark 1.5 thousand specialists from 34 companies worked.

Main residents:

• ABBI LLC (ABBYY) — one of the largest domestic companies on development and production of computer technologies and the software;
• MSC Svetovye tekhnologii LLC is the company on production of electric lamps and the lighting equipment.

For the purpose of expansion of productive activity by management company of technopark Otradnoye in 2016-2017 the investment project of construction of the production body with a total area of 33.5 thousand square meters and also a multilevel parking for a car of employees of 21.1 thousand square meters on 602 parking places was implemented.

Constructions of modern design brought a variety the existing industrial building of the area and increased the total area of technopark almost three times. Financing was performed including at the expense of the means released as a result of receiving privileges by technopark on payment of taxes.

Commissioning of the new production body will allow to create public infrastructure in technopark Otradnoye and also to place the Center of services for business and several new resident companies:

• BANG i BONSOMER LLC is the company on production of pure chemical raw materials;
• VIRTUOZ RISERCh LLC is developer company and producer of computer technologies and the software;
• UPONOR RUS Ltd is manufacturing company of the internal engineering systems and systems of heat-insulated pipes.
• SMI-KRIS SOFT LLC is developer company and producer of computer technologies and the software;
• SERKOMM RASHA LLC is developer company and producer of computer technologies and the software;
• SPORTTEKHKONSALT LLC is developer company and producer of computer technologies and the software;
• EKF ELEKTRORESHENIYA LLC is the company on production of the electrotechnical equipment;
• ATOTEH-HEMETA LLC is the company on production of pure chemical raw materials;
• ORTICON INTEGRATOR LLC is developer company and producer of computer technologies and the software;
• LEYKA GEOSISTEMS LLC is the company on equipment manufacturing and engineering solutions for measuring geodetic tasks;
