Partnership of M.Video and Taxcom optimized process of control of online cash desks for all industry

The M.Video company, the largest Russian seller of electronics and home appliances, in partnership with[1]Taxcom company initiated and implemented a number of completions in the Personal account of the fiscal data operator. As a result, monitoring of work of cash desks became system and three times more operational.[2]Taxcom started new IT solutions for all the clients.

Joint work of the companies was sent to completion of the technical solutions allowing to control in real time work of cash desks and data transmission and to quickly take measures at failures. In the Personal account through which there is a data exchange between retailers and the fiscal data operator, function of a mass binding of outlets to divisions and transfer of outlets between them was added that allows to segment and simplify monitoring process. At the initiative of M.Video within Taxcom Cash desk service notification terms about temporary violations in data transmission were three times reduced – now informing is performed within 24 hours for operational elimination of a problem. Reminders on annual replacement of the fiscal drive in the Personal account of OFD and by e-mail became one more innovation. All developed M.Video and[3]Taxcom of updating are already available to each subscriber of OFD "Taxcom".

[4]Taxcom is a fiscal data operator of M.Video within updated 54-FZ about use of the cash registers. At the moment 400 retail outlets and online store of M.Video network and also a marketplace of Goods are connected to the fiscal data operator[5]of Taxcom and transfer information online according to requirements of the Russian legislation. By August, 2017 nearly 3 thousand cash desks of M.Video retail network were connected and more than 6 million checks are transferred. Especially for M.Video[6]Taxcom provided also additional service of sending the electronic check to the buyer using SMS or E-mail. The service is mandatory requirement 54-FZ and it appears at the request of clients.
